What We Offer
Pro-Spec Home Inspection Services provide limited non-invasive inspections, while examining the condition of the property, often for prospective buyers or sellers. Pro-Spec delivers an objective opinion on the property’s condition through a visual assessment of the property’s physical structure and mechanical systems, including the roof, ceilings, walls, floors, doors, windows, etc. An inspection, provided by a certified Pro-Spec professional, serves as an informational tool to assist the client in understanding the condition of a property and details any defects that will require attention. These details play a key role when valuing real estate for investment purposes. However, it does not guarantee future conditions, efficiency or life expectancy of its systems or components.

Plumbing Inspection
Normal wear and tear, as well as the simple settling of your house, can wreak havoc on your pipes and other plumbing fixtures. As rust and corrosion settle into older, galvanized pipes, it can lead to discolored water and strange smells from your faucets. Built-up grease, hair, and other dirt in your pipes will coagulate and make it difficult for wastewater to drain properly out of your home. Regular plumbing inspections can bring attention to these issues before they have a chance to do any real damage to your property.
Electrical Wiring Inspection
One of the biggest electrical dangers to a home is electrical fires. These kinds of fires can be triggered by a number of things such as old wiring, improper DIY electrical fixes, overloaded circuits, and other hazards. These dangers can be uncovered when you take advantage of our home electrical safety inspection.
