From booking to your report, here’s what to expect when you work with Pro-Spec.
Our residential inspection packages include a same-day digital report.
It is recommended but not required. You can also review the report and follow up with questions.
Request your preferred date and time online, seven days a week. Your inspector reviews the scope, confirms the appointment and final quote, then sends your agreement and payment details. Full payment is due 24 hours before the inspection; short-notice bookings have a deadline set by your inspector.
The core service area includes Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding counties. Out-of-area requests can be reviewed manually.
