The inspection report was very thorough, which I appreciated very much. It detailed every aspect of the home that was inspected and even provided pictures depicting what should be addressed. Thanks so much. I would recommend him for your home inspection!
I was referred to ProSpec Home Inspections by my realtor. My inspector, Lawrence was extremely helpful and professional. He went above and beyond in order to complete the survey. His findings were helpful in the purchase of my new home. I would rate the service 10+ stars if I could.
Lawrence provided Absolutely outstanding service! right from the appointment to completion. He is very professional, understanding, cooperative and mostly knowledgeable. He also thoroughly checked the roof, crawlspace, attic and every part of home interior and exterior and provided extremely detailed report. At the end he took the time to explain his findings and answer every question we threw at him and even through emails there after. I recommend Lawrence for Home inspection with out any hesitation.
